Ms. Jenny Zeng is the Managing Partner of MSA Capital and is principally responsible for overseeing investments. Ms. Zeng is a serial entrepreneur in the China VC and PE fund industry and has 18 years of experience. 

Ms. Zeng was the inaugural Executive Director of China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (CVCA) in 2002. She also served as the Deputy Secretary-General of China Private Equity Association in Tianjin (TJCPEA).

In 2004, Ms. Zeng founded Maple Valley Investments, a boutique financial advisory firm, which provided a range of corporate advisory, and private placement services to blue-chip Chinese clients. Under the Maple Valley vehicle, Ms. Zeng raised hundreds of millions for dozens of companies, such as Intime Department Store (HKG:1833), Bu Chang Pharma (SHA:603858), Lakala (SZ: 300773) and etc.

In 2012, Ms. Zeng founded MSA Capital. To date, she has led investments over 80 private companies. MSA Capital is venture fund focused on investing in core technology, consumer internet, overseas and emerging markets. Sample portfolio companies include: Meituan(SEHK:03690), Nio(NYSE:NIO), BGI(SZ:300676), Uber (NYSE:UBER), Yiducloud, Boss Zhipin, Fabu Technology , Fordeal and etc.

Ms. Zeng sits on the council of Future Forum and she is a member of The Nature Conservancy (TNC)
