The development of quantum mechanics has laid a solid foundation for the transformation of human society. The effect of time delay in the theory of relativity, similar to the ability of one day in the sky, one year on the ground, and the ability of a thousand mile eye to follow the wind and ear in ancient mythology, has been realized through the development of electrodynamics theory, such as telephone and mobile phone. In the past, people's research on quantum, from philosophical discussion to passive observation of phenomena to active manipulation of single particle, led to the second quantum revolution, which mainly includes four application directions: quantum secure communication, quantum computing, quantum simulation and quantum precision measurement. This activity invited Professor Lu Chaoyang of University of science and technology of China to introduce how the development of quantum mechanics brings super power into reality, explain the development level of quantum secure communication and quantum computing, and make a prospect for its development.
